Computer Setup
I offer a comprehensive setup service for the home user. Your computer will be left ready to use with all of the latest security updates and protection software installed.
My service includes:
- Connect and setup the base unit, monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
- Setup user accounts.
- Create recovery discs.
- Install up to 5 programs.
- Setup an Internet connection.
- Install all available security updates and anti-virus software.
Peripheral Setup
A peripheral is a device such as a printer, camera, mp3 player, etc. I am able to connect the peripheral and install the latest drivers so that it all works flawlessly.
My service includes:
- Connect the device to your computer.
- Install the device driver and software.
Wireless (Wi-Fi) Networks
This is one of the most popular services I offer. I am able to setup a wireless network within your home allowing you to access the internet from different rooms or with multiple computers at the same time.
I also setup the latest security to help prevent hackers and password protect the connection to prevent neighbours from using it.
My service includes:
- Connect your broadband connection to the router.
- Setup the router including securing your network with data encryption and a password.
Repair
The resolution of software problems can often cure odd computer behaviuor or remove annoying error messages. Hardware repair is something I am unable to offer an upfront price for due to varying hardware costs. I am more than happy to offer a free, no obligation quote for any hardware repair.

- Internet connection problems resolved.
- Virus/Spyware removal.
Maintenance
Many of my customers like to call me in every 6-12months to give there computer a thorough clean and general speed-up. The cost is relatively low and ensures the computer remains in tip-top condition.

- Remove all temporary files/registry entries clogging up the system.
